Deadline for Mailing Survey Extended...

We Admit our Mistakes, but We Still Intend
To Publish a Top-Notch, Accurate Survey

The Good News is that we received approximately 103 completed surveys by the published deadline.

The bad news is that the response rate we achieved is simply not acceptable to us, because we feel participants deserve a better, more accurate report based upon more extensive data, and that's what we intend to supply. Thus, we are extending the original deadline for completing this survey to Jan. 12, 2015.

We did not make this decision lightly. We realize that 100+ companies submitted their survey based upon the original deadline. In hindsight, we believe the survey has become too lengthy for some, plus conducting the survey between late November and early December was probably not the best idea!

Will this delay the publication of the final report? Yes, but only by approximately ten days. We would rather delay the release of the final study by a few days if that is what it takes to give you the very best data possible. We won't settle for anything less, and neither should you! But we do need your help.

 

NPOA is dedicated to providing you with the best and most accurate pricing studies in the printing and mailing industries, and we are counting on your support to continue this tradition. Remember you can assign this survey to others! Except for the questions in Part 1, we suggest that most of the pricing questions can be answered by a trusted customer service manager or general manager familiar with your pricing of mailing practices.

Remember too that you DO NOT have to complete every section. If you don't offer that service then simply leave it blank.
